Terms and Conditions for Curascare Pharmacy

By submitting your prescription to us, you confirm that it is authentic, and that it was issued by a licensed healthcare professional. Curascare Pharmacy reserves the right to verify prescriptions with the prescribing healthcare provider and may refuse to fill prescriptions at our discretion.
- Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications: OTC medications are available for purchase without a prescription. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that any OTC medication you order is suitable for your condition and does not interact with other medications you may be taking. Always consult a healthcare professional before using any medication.
- Vitamins & Supplements: These products are intended to supplement your diet and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare provider before using any vitamins or supplements.
- Health Devices: We offer health devices such as thermometers, blood pressure monitors, and more. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
- Personal Care & Baby/Childcare: These products are for personal use and should be used in accordance with their instructions and intended purpose.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Prescription Verification
For prescription medications, you are required to submit a valid prescription to complete your order. We will verify the prescription with your healthcare provider if necessary. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the prescription is invalid, expired, or suspected of being fraudulent.
If you submit an illegible or incomplete prescription, we will contact you to request a clearer or more complete version before proceeding with your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Curascare Pharmacy offers delivery services within Nigeria. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location and the products you order. Delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. If the address is incorrect, Curascare Pharmacy may charge an additional shipping fee to redirect the package.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Prescription Medications: Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Over-the-Counter Medications & Other Products: If you are unsatisfied with a non-prescription product, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have verified the return. The timeframe for processing a refund may vary, but we will notify you when the process is complete.
